have a moderate fair skin tone so the shade of this BB Cream matches me well, giving me a dewy finish and i had a more natural look after that. I love it! :D
It provides ample coverage for my skin, not greasy after application that's a plus point for me and it controlled my oil pretty well, my skin still feel quite matt at the end of the day!

I think that it's suitable for dry, normal and combination skin. Maybe if your skin is oily, you may feel a slight greasy feeling after application or at the end of the day.

I dont fancy those very strong, overwhelming jasmine smell therefore i was quite scare that i cant stand the smell cause i thought since it's stated as Jasmine Water BB Cream. Haha. But overall the scent of this BB cream is quite pleasant for me, i still can take it. :)
pigletgal_81 0 commented on 22-Aug-2009 06:45 AM4 out of 5 stars
On application of the BB cream, you can smell a light jasmine fragrance. The shade of the sample is ok for me as my complexion is rather fair. If you're very tanned, then this is definitely not suitable for you. The cream is rather watery, and provides only sheer coverage. If you need heavier coverage, you have to apply more than one layer. After long period of wearing, it is still not oily for me.

I have just tried this product and the cover, blend is by far the best bb cream I have tried.

Is this product suitable for applying over the entire face, including the eye area to cover dark circles? And would it be too oily for the skin if I apply moisturizer and sunscreen before I apply this bb cream? Thank you for your response!
BRTC commented on 05-Mar-2010 06:28 AM3 out of 5 stars
LY, you can apply over the face and under eye to conceal dark circles. However, leave at least 1cm away from the eyes. You don't need sunscreen or moisturizer since BB Creams include these functions. For extra moisture you can apply your oil free moisturizer before BB Cream. Try the Aqua Cream for the day time.

Hello, I have seen a purple (color of tube)version of this bb cream selling at another online website. I am wondering if the green tube of jasmine bb cream pictured here is the same as the purple version? What is the difference? Thank you for your reply!
BRTC commented on 06-Mar-2010 06:31 PM3 out of 5 stars
The new jasmine water bb cream is light blue. It is slightly lighter in texture and it's our newer formula. The purple version is discontinued.

can this cream cover up scars and dark spots, and also can males use these products?
BRTC commented on 19-Mar-2010 03:39 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Kevin, there are many men that use BRTC bb creams. The jasmine bb cream is great for cover on both scars and dark spots as it contains arbutin which lightens dark spots.

Will this bb cream be any good for younger skin (I'm 20 and have absolutely no wrinkles)? I always thought anti-wrinkle products weren't ideal unless your skin was already showing signs of wrinkle and age.
Lisa (BRTC) commented on 15-Apr-2010 08:21 AM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Mariko,
This is actually the recommended BB Cream for you. It has a lot of moisture that prevents drying that leads to aging however, it is only preventative and many young girls are using this one among all of them. The Gold Caviar has more Anti-aging properties.
Zhuo Li commented on 22-Apr-2010 02:24 PM3 out of 5 stars
I just bought this Jasmine BB cream, but haven't got it yet. I picked this rather than the other two because it is said to be the lightest one among them, and I have fair skin among Asians. now my question is, does this helps to prevent acnes and breakouts since I have combination skin and have breakout somtimes. I thought the blemish recover balm would be good, but I was a fraid it is too dark for me.

You said that the purple tubes are discontinued, and the new ones are blue.. but I just got my order from you today and I received all PURPLE ones. Why is that?
Lisa commented on 04-Aug-2010 03:44 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Rina try the Blemish Recover balm if oil control is your biggest concern.
Lisa commented on 10-Aug-2010 07:35 AM3 out of 5 stars
BV, Yes the Jasmine BB Cream will cover your dark circles. For extra coverage, use concealer first and then BB Cream over it.
Rina, Blemish Recover Balm has replaced Perfect Recover Balm with improved function and SPF 30.
Suzette commented on 23-Aug-2010 12:13 AM3 out of 5 stars
I have very oily skin, but also very dry (oily surface, dry inside). Also very sensitive - always reddish looking.

As I am approaching 40, aging is also a concern. Most products that are good for aging, would be usually oily.

Which BB cream should I use? Is Jasmine BB Cream most suitable for me?
Lisa Lee commented on 23-Aug-2010 09:28 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Suzette, the jasmine water bb cream would be most ideal for you as it has many anti aging features as well as oil control. I would highly recommend the aqua rush cream in conjunction. It's a moisturizer made from deep sea mineral water, algae and aloe vera which is great in combination with the bb cream
Marie commented on 25-Aug-2010 09:20 PM3 out of 5 stars
The coverage is quite sheer to medium. The cream texture is not thick and it is not runny which makes it is easier to apply and blend it on my face, unlike some BB Creams which are hard to blend.
I do not need to use a lot for the whole face, I just need to use a little.
If you need heavier coverage, you have to apply more than one layer. After long period of wearing, it is still not oily for me.
I love the scent smell of it! (Jasmine & Green Tea) And it is great since the scent is not too strong.
The oil control is good and also it gives me the dewy glowing look. It does not make my skin dry or oily, just right. This is suitable for those with combination, oily and even dry skin!
It also able to conceal my under eye dark circles, scar and uneven skin tone.
It feels light on my skin as this bb cream does not feel heavy on my face and it blends perfectly with my skin tone.
I can just wear it alone or put on loose powder or pressed powder after I put on this BB cream.
It looks really natural on my skin as if I do not use any makeup on.
It also does not make my skin breakout at all (a big plus in my book) and it also has SPF30 which is quite high than most BB Creams have.
The price is quite expensive than other BB creams that I own, even expensive than the BRTC Blemish Recover Balm which is one of my favorite too from BRTC product but overall I will definitely re-purchase it!

Lisa Lee commented on 27-Sep-2010 09:16 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Claire, for coverage and oil control you can get either the blemish recover balm or the jasmine water bb cream. Both are good for coverage and both have SPF, and oil control. For specific dark spot treatment look at the Vitalizer C10 Serum.

Also, I am not sure which product to use to remove BB Cream at night.

Thank you
Lisa Lee commented on 10-Oct-2010 11:37 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Tai, get the blemish bundle set. This is great for more than just acne and blemishes. It will also help prevent skin problems including white and blackheads. If you want a specific product that targets blackheads- try the perfect pore set. This is a blackhead remover and pore tightener in 1.

I just got my Jasmine BB cream delivered today.
I really like the product and love the scent!
I put it on today and oil control is great and color matches perfectly to my skin tone.
however...I think this should be in a smaller tube. It is 35 g product.
I JUST opened it today and used it ONCE. It is already giving me hard time squeezing (as if i used it for like a month)and I can already hear the emptiness( the air sound) inside the tube.
Jasmine commented on 17-Dec-2010 02:41 PM3 out of 5 stars
I just got my jasmine BB cream and used it for about a week. I like it so far. But I have acnes on my face, can I use it over my acnes? Will it clog my pores and is it oil-free?Besides, the tube is purple but I found you said that the purple tube ones are discontinued. Then why do I receive the purple one? ??
Lisa Lee commented on 18-Dec-2010 09:06 AM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Yoon Lee, please note because it is water based bb cream all of the cream will be sitting at bottom creating air at top. This product is exactly 35g. regardless of tube size and should last 1 month.

Hi Jasmine- yes you may use this for over acne as it has acne control. Please use small dabs and lather into skin. A better bb cream for acne is the blemish recover balm. The current and latest jasmine bb cream is the purple tube. From time to time we change the packaging but the content is the same.

"You said that the purple tubes are discontinued, and the new ones are blue.. but I just got my order from you today and I received all PURPLE ones. Why is that?"

Thanks
Lisa Lee commented on 23-Dec-2010 11:40 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Trish sorry for the confusion. Earlier this year we had a temporary trial run with new packaging in the baby blue colour. We have reverted to the purple for the jasmine water bb cream.

Hi Suza, we have many customers who are in there teens that use our bb creams regularly. the whitening in this formula is not strong and will not permanently whiten the skin but will ligthen dark spots over time.

So what's the lasting power of this bb cream? How long will it stay on someone with oily skin? Will it rub off (if oil blotting sheet is dabbed on)? Is it waterproof?
Lisa Lee commented on 06-Mar-2011 10:34 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Murandy, the jasmine bb cream will not run or rub off under normal day to day activities, however with excessive sweating this will obviously run slightly. It has great oil control so natural prespiration will be absorbed.

The jasmine bb cream is an excellent bb cream for all skin types and is our most popular bb cream in global markets.

that it doesnt expire or go bad in a few weeks. It is a very small amount and is the last ingredient on the list.

I am considering buying this BB cream because before I used Dr. Jar's rejuvenating Blemish base silver label SPF 35/ PA ++ whitening and although it had a good amount of coverage it did not control the oil on my T-zone at all and I broke out with it. Is
this cream really worth it since I do have oily skin and I like the whitening because it lessens the redness on my T-zone?

Hi Jocelyn yes this cream is one of the ultimate bb creams and has decent oil control.

Hi. I'm in my mid-40's and bec. I stay outdoors a lot, I now have some age spots. I use sunblock but would want to try bb creams. What kind should I use? I'd want one that has good coverage to conceal my age spots as well. Thanks.

This is the best BB cream I ever tried. I like the smell too which is not too over powering. My only complaint is the lack of color choices. I'm usually pretty tan in the summer, and I like it that way, so I don't really want to wear something that's 5
shades too light and looks unnatural on me. Probably won't purchase again until there are darker shades available.

Hi Lisa, does the scent affect sensitive skin types? i have very sensitive skin and ive been allergic to all of the korean products i have used so far namely, face shop (hydro bb cream, skin care line with scent), skin79 (gold label bb cream. im looking
for a bb cream that's very mild and will give me moisture since i have very dry skin, but im afraid the scent might give me an irritation since im allergic to scented stuff too.. help!

In general, my skin is acne prone and I have very oily skin in the summer but since I live in a northern country my skin can get slightly flacky and dry in the winter due to the extreme cold weather. Since winter is going to be here in a few months I am
looking for a BB cream that will be suitable for winter but also help with my acne. Would you recommend the jasmine bb cream or the blemish recover balm?

hi , i would like to try this BB Cream where can i buy is it any outlet in Kuantan Pahang or is it available at any pharmacy shop
Lisa commented on 23-Aug-2011 10:22 PM5 out of 5 stars
Hi Zab You should try Gold Caviar BB Cream which has anti aging properties. Enjoy!
Lisa commented on 23-Aug-2011 10:24 PM5 out of 5 stars
Hi Janet/Lisa Scott You should try Jasmine BB Cream. The color should blend in to your skin color. Only use pea size, blend in in circular motions. The color should oxidize in a minute and tone down to a natural shade. Some also mix with their moisturizer.

Dear STV, You've come to the right place. BRTC is the BEST for sensitive skin. Try Gold Caviar BB Cream or Blemish Recover Balm (but need to use with moisturizer for extra moisture). Bridget: Jasmine in the winter for the moisture. Blemish Recover Balm
for the summer when most oily. Norasikin. Please buy on our site.

Hi Lisa, I'm a 16 year old high school student and I was thinking about buying a bb cream for everyday use for school to make my face whiter and as a sunscreen. It is summer now, and I'm not sure whether I should buy the Jasmine bb cream or Blemish bb
cream? Which one do you think would suit me better?

Hi, I'm a light skinned black woman. I was wondering if this cream would be suitable for me? Maybe you'd have to see my skintone to know?

is this BB Cream suitable for acne skin? Cause I think I'm alllergic to certain ingredient in Blemish Recover Balm BB Cream. :)

Insyirah – use Blemish Recover Balm Nghi – works like a tinted moisturizer made of botanicals and few more properties Jess – only one shade right now Vicki- Velvet Masks, use few times a week. Leave on for 20min, then throw out. Clean off with Kleenex.
Don’t need to wash off. Harukita – keep the jasmine and see how it goes Vanessa – you can use the same Laura/Abuzar – dot a pea size and blend extremely well. We can’t guarantee the colour on African women. Claren – it could be but not if you’re allergic.
Use Blemish Recover Balm

Can you honestly tell me if this BB Cream doesn't contain any tea tree oil and if it's really non-comedogenic? Cos I think I'm allergic to tea tree oil. :s Thanks a lot for your honesty Lisa. :)
