Lisa,
This BB Cream is best for your skin condition. The colour will be natural as you blend it in to your skin in small amounts. This currently comes in one colour since it will suit most people's skin and it is pretty neutral/natural.

Also you should consider trying Blemish Bundle for your acne skin. Results show immediately for skin that is really inflammed - sometimes overnight. It comes with a free Blemish Recover Balm.

BRTC commented on 19-Oct-2009 04:15 PM3 out of 5 stars
Donhee, Try the Jasmine, it has nice fragrance and should cover up your spots. (Actually all of them do).

Hi, I'm 18 years old and get few but big pimples every month. I was wondering which BB Cream (and the color) would you recommend me to use to cover up pimples and scars. I'm asian and I tan easily. Thank you.
katie commented on 22-Oct-2009 09:42 AM3 out of 5 stars
why I brought two of these and didn't come with the samples?
BRTC commented on 25-Oct-2009 04:51 AM3 out of 5 stars
Spiderwort,
To manage the oily skin and the monthly pimples, you should try the Blemish Recover Balm. If Pimples are not a big deal and you want to use an everyday BB Cream, you can try Jasmine Water BB Cream. The colours come in one shade and it will auto adjust to your skin. Make sure not to use too much.
BRTC commented on 25-Oct-2009 04:53 AM3 out of 5 stars
Katie,
Can you email us at support@brtcstore.com your invoice number or full name? We'll investigate for you.

BRTC commented on 06-Nov-2009 07:03 PM3 out of 5 stars
jlee: There is only one colour for all the BB Creams. It auto-matches to your skin colour as long as you dont put on a lot. The colour as it comes out of the tube is natural/beige colour.

Hi im 25, i have acne scar - red pinkish scare on both cheek that is hard to cover. I only have oocasional acne now ( finished 2 full 7 months course of roaccutane) If i use foundation and concealer it too cakey and unnatural. I also sweat a lot around the mouth and nose area which make make up melt quickly. My skin can look dull at time. I heard a lot about BRTC bb cream and would like to try but i dont know which one is suitable for me. Please help
BRTC commented on 02-Dec-2009 06:28 AM5 out of 5 stars
Kathy, if you have somewhat oily skin we recommend the Blemish Recover Balm or in fact the Blemish Bundle (which is a full skin care set to clarify your skin). Foundation and concealer is not good for your skin type as it will just clog and exacerbate the problem. If the oil level is ok, we can recommend Jasmin Water + 3 pc Bundle.

Hi Bradlea, sorry for the delay. The Blemish Recover Balm will work on pale skin, it will blend in very well as it seeps into the skin giving a 'natural' and 'flawless' cover.

do let me know! (:
Also,
do you ship to Australia?
BRTC Support commented on 15-Feb-2010 08:02 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Clara, I would highly recommend the blemish recover balm as it is specifically made for acne, oily skin. To maximize the benefits of the blemish recover balm you also want to get the blemish bundle set which is a 4 piece acne cleansing set that includes the blemish recover balm. Yes we do ship to Australia, please see applicable shipping charges upon checkout.

hi there. i read that the recover balm is ideal for sensitive skin. i don't have pimple problems , only the occasional breakouts during that time of the month. but i have very bad sensitive skin. sensitive towards certain products. so is this the ideal bb cream for me? i'm 29 btw.
BRTC Support commented on 16-Feb-2010 08:11 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Suzanne, all our bb creams are made for 'sensitive skin' however each bb cream has its differences as well. You would benefit most from either the jasmine bb cream or blemish recover balm as they are both good for oil control.

Hello, I am a 26 year old female, and I have an oily and acne prone t-zone, and somewhat dry cheeks. I am wondering if your blemish recover balm would dry out the non-oily areas of my face or lead fine lines or wrinkles to form? I am very interested in the blemish recover balm and jasmine bb cream but uncertain which one is better for me. Thank you for your advice!
F.L commented on 06-Mar-2010 10:41 AM3 out of 5 stars
Hi,

I am really interested in these BBcream products, however, I don't know which one I should get. Can you help me with this please? Thank you! :)

I am a 21 year old female, my skin is rather oily and somehow I get break outs easily on my cheeks area, so there are some spots (due to the already-healed pimples). Apart from that, another concern of mine is that I have large pores too and I want to cover them up. Do you know which one is the best one for me?

And this is just out of my curiosity, but is it possible for this "blemish recover BBcream balm" to heal the dark spots of already-healed pimples, and diminish the large pores that I have? will they block my pores eventually?

Thank you so much! sorry for the long question! Thank you! :)

BRTC commented on 06-Mar-2010 06:35 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi F.L. you want to invest in the 4 pc blemish bundle set which includes the blemish recover balm.
This is an anti blemish/acne set consisting of cleanser, toner, serum and the blemish recover balm. The balm is made from arbutin which lightens dark skin spots including acne scars and helps with oil control while containing SPF 28. If you are interested in pore tightening, you will want to look at our Overnight Pore Tightener or Perfect Pore Set as well. All 3 sets can be used in conjunction for maximum benefits.

Hi again,

may I know what's the difference between the "perfect recover balm" and the "blemish recover balm" which one is better for my case actually. Sorry for asking again. I just don't want to buy the wrong product. Thanks in advance! :)
BRTC commented on 08-Mar-2010 08:32 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi F.L. The Blemish Recover Balm is our new and improved formula that has very similar properties of the Perfect Recover Balm but with SPF 28. Some of the ingredients we have added to the blemish recover balm include eucalyptus and tea tree oil which both help combat oily skin.

I just received this today, and I tried it out right when I got home. I have to say, this is the best liquid foundation i've used and i'm more of a pressed-powder foundation user. The only thing I didn't like was the medicine scent before applying, but once it's applied there's no smell at all. This BB cream made my skin smooth while it was on, and even after I took it off, it has great coverage, and doesn't make my face oily. Definiately buying this again!

I've never worn any makeup so I really wanted to try something that looked natural but still evened out my skin. I'm 24, get the occasional breakouts from stress but generally am pretty acne-free. My t-zone gets oily in the summertime and the blemish balm doesn't really seem to control the oil, actually it seems to give me even more of an oily shine as the day gets later. But it's fine, I can just wipe it away. I don't have pale skin, but I think I'm light enough where it actually matches the color of my neck better than the current color I have (I guess my face is a little tanner). I had no problems blending in the balm to my face, in fact, I think it blends instantly instead of having to wait 20 minutes like some other BB creams out there. It doesn't seem to cover acne scars but I think it does make my face more even toned and "dewy". I washed my face at the end of the day and my face feels softer without the use of moisturizer. will continue to use and see if it gets better.

I recently bought this bb cream a few months ago and have tried it out 3 times. It works pretty great. The coverage isn't enough for me since I have acne but it covers enough up and really evens out my skin tone. It takes a while for the bb cream to blend but when its blended it looks pretty natural. I have oily skin so I use blotting sheets every once in a while. Overall, I really like it, it hides my acne scars well and i love the even skin tone. You should definitely try it out :)

Hi! I'd like to ask for opinions on this product when used on individuals with moderate-severe eczema condition. How useful would it be? From my understanding, eczema-prone individual has dry-itchy-inflammatory skin which the use of a moisturizer is certainly most important. However, this product states that it has pretty good oil control, which may not be that ideal for eczema-prone users as it drains up the moisture content on the face? I need clarification on this, if one is to use a moisturizer and then to finish off with this moisturizer, what's the effect of it? thanks!

I'm currently using BRTC Protect Multiplex and its done wonders to my skin. It not only acts as a sunblock, but my skin is now fairer and smoother and the cream gives a tinge of glow when put on. It blends well with my medium skin tone. I have always had sensitive acne prone oily skin, n this product seems to help
Lisa commented on 10-Aug-2010 07:38 AM3 out of 5 stars
Elnaz, yes it should still work for you. When using, you should very small amount of layers to really blend into your skin colour. If its still too light you can blend with moisturizer but it should be ok.
Lisa commented on 10-Aug-2010 07:43 AM3 out of 5 stars
PokieDokie,
Please see your doctor in person for official advice if severe. However, you can either use Blemish Recover Balm in conjunction with good moisturizer. (Aqua Cream is an option but you can use your own). OR you can try Jasmine Water BB Cream which has the highest level of moisture. All BB Creams has effects to relieve irritation from botanicials so you should benefit from either.
Lisa commented on 10-Aug-2010 07:45 AM3 out of 5 stars
Dear Anonymous man who is 35 yrs old, please consider Blemish Bundle for a holistic cleansing and clearing of your acne. After you can use the Overnight Pore Tightener at night in conjunction to tighten the pores if they are large and noticeable. Large pores will attract dirt which leads to acne.

Lisa commented on 23-Aug-2010 12:55 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Kiki, all our bb creams have a very light pinkish undertone so it would suit your skin quite well. The blemish recover balm would be your best selection for acne proned skin. All our bb creams would be good for uneven skin tone.
Marie commented on 31-Aug-2010 01:00 AM3 out of 5 stars
This is gotta be one of my top favorite bb cream!
The coverage is medium to thick, depends on how much you put on your face and I don't need to use a lot for the whole face, I just need to use a little.
The oil control is good and also it gives me the dewy glowing look.
It also able to conceal my under eye dark circles, scar and uneven skin tone.
It feels light on my skin as this bb cream does not feel heavy on my face and it blends perfectly with my skin tone.
I can just wear it alone or put on loose powder or pressed powder after I put on this BB cream.
It looks really natural on my skin as if I do not use any makeup on.
It also does not make my skin breakout at all (a big plus in my book) and it also has SPF28.
The price is quite expensive than other BB creams that I own but overall I will definitely re-purchase it!

Lisa Lee commented on 10-Oct-2010 11:39 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Tram, get the jasmine water bb cream. If you want stronger oil control, then get the blemish recover balm. We suggest not applying the bb cream too close to the eye. For eye cream please use Medistem Eye Cream- for lightening, wrinkle reducing and anti aging.
Lisa Lee commented on 10-Oct-2010 11:44 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Jenn, all our bb creams have arbutin in them which is a lightener. As long as you use a dab amount and lather into your skin, the bb creams will NOT look 'pasty white', Apply a moisturizer simultaneously such as the Aqua Rush Cream and the bb cream will blend in much smoother into your skin tone.

Hi, I am currently using this Blemish Recover Balm SPF 28 (BB Cream), I have pimples and redness on my skin and I find the coverage good enough but it appears too pale/pink for my skin as I am more yellow. What do you advice?
Lisa Lee commented on 13-Oct-2010 02:15 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Beth you may blend, mix with other covers and foundations to get colour you desire. This is the beauty of bb creams. Please remember to dab and blend into your skin. Some people put too much on their skin which gives too much cover.

hi..i wanted to ask
i just bought a brtc blemish recover balm
do i have to use brtc cleaser, toner, serum etc??
can i use other brand such as nivea??
and is it suitable to everyday use?
Lisa Lee commented on 19-Oct-2010 03:04 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi the blemish recover balm can be used daily and is highly recommended to use the BRTC cleanser, toner and serum for maximum benefits-especially for blemish and oil control. BRTC uses botanical ingredients from fruit, plant and nut extracts that are very healthy and beneficial for your skin. When used in conjuction you will will see the most optimal results.

Lisa Lee commented on 21-Oct-2010 08:41 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Janey we only accept credit card and the charge is in USD. Delivery to UK is approximate 2 weeks.

Beth some people use a general cleanser and are fine taking off the bb cream, others may need to use a make up remover. This is upto individual.

Hi Ara this bb cream is mineral oil free.

Sithra, the ideal bb cream is this one. The blemish recover balm. It is recommended to get the blemish bundle set in which the blemish recover balm is included. This set is great for acne and uneven skin.

Lisa Lee commented on 23-Nov-2010 08:40 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Rc the blemish cleanser will do.

Yvonne you should get the blemish recover balm as it is specific for ance proned skin. It has decent moisture and oil control. If you need to add more moisture I suggest adding the Aqua Rush Cream. It mixes well with all bb creams.

Hi Madoka yes this bb cream has arbutin which is whitening. If you are looking for non whitening you can mix with darker foundation for colour you are looking for.

Lisa Lee commented on 20-Dec-2010 07:02 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Katy the bb cream contains arbutin which will lighten the face upon use. The bb cream will help brigthen the face over time as well but it is not drastic.

Brittany, use the moisturizer first

Lisa Lee commented on 21-Dec-2010 02:24 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Maya the SPF 28 will block around 97 percent of UVB rays and should be for the most part sufficient but this also depends on how easily you burn- based on your skin tone.

Wilson commented on 27-Jan-2011 08:29 PM3 out of 5 stars
I gotten the product! just one question. My skin turns a bit chalky when I put it on and I am assuming this is how it "whitens"? Is the whitening permanent or does the skin just "appear" whiter when you put it on? Also, can the cream be applied at night? I am having some trouble because I walk around a lot outside so I am afraid that dust might stick on to my face and because it looks like I powdered my face. Thanks for your reply.
Lisa Lee commented on 30-Jan-2011 01:26 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Wilson, this bb cream is a day cream so you should not use it overnight. As for the complexion- please make sure you are using small dabs on your skin and lathering it in until it seeps into your skin. Although bb creams gererally give you a lighter glow- it should not look 'chalky' and therefore you are most likey using too much. the whitening is not permanent however the arbutin will help lighten darker marks over time.

Lisa Lee commented on 28-Feb-2011 11:27 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Leda, the blemish recover balm is more of a cover which does help with oil control and acne however you would be best to use the full blemish bundle set or get the blemish serum with the recover balm for optimal results.

Hi Sarah, this is not water proof but it doesnt run easily even when there is sweat present. You can use a cleansing foam to remove the cream

Hi, I have many scars and dark spots from previous acne that has already healed on my cheeks. I don't get many pimples but because of over drying from the use of previous products, I developed pimples in the past and now have scars. Do you recommend the blemish recover balm to heal and cover it up as well? I have already ordered this one but I just recently found out about the vitalizer C10 so I'm not sure which one would be better to heal my scars. Thanks.
Lisa Lee commented on 16-Mar-2011 11:27 AM3 out of 5 stars
The vitalizer C10 would be better to lighten up dark spots including scars. Although the blemish recover balm is great for cover and lightening skin; its main function is not to heal scars.

Hi Jeff, the blemish recover balm will not clog pores- the main purpose of this bb cream is for acne and blemish control as it has strong oil control and made with tea tree oil, and eucalyptus amongst other botanical ingredients.

Hi Hana, you may use this right after your eye cream but dont put the bb cream too close to the eye. Hi Anonymous- please apply a small dab, most people use too much and it looks too white. You may also mix this with moisturizers and other concealers for
slightly darker colours. Hi Denice- the Glossy Shining has been replaced by the Glamorous Sparkling BB Cream.

BRTC, i was wondering if this bb cream is okay for everyday use. I put it on at 8:00 in the morning and wash it off normally at 7:30-8:00 in the evening. Is it okay to have this on for 12 hours? Because I have noticed that I have a new outbreak of cystic
acne--something I never had before. I am sure that it's not me because I've only been using this bb cream for the past week...
Lisa Lee commented on 11-Apr-2011 08:27 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Amber- this bb cream is fine for 12 hour coverage. You shouldnt be noticing any outbreaks directly from the blemish recover balm. Are you sweating at all during the day? Also how much of the blemish recover balm are you using? You are to use a dab on
each of the cheeks and lather it into the skin until you reach optimal coverage. If you put too much- some people do- it will not fully allow skin to breath.

Hi Azizah for blemished or oily skin the blemish recover balm is the most suitable bb cream.. Hi Yura, all options are ok. The jasmine bb cream is ok for combination skin and has oil control so this will be good for your days when your skin is normal vs

I started seeing small bumps on the face the same colour with my skin and they don't hurt. Just tiny bumps! It makes me stressed out cos it has ruined my skin texture with those annoying bumps! Perhaps my skin was over moisturized or that I've got sensitive
or allergic. I don't wanna spend money on such product that would worsen my skin. What should I do? I wanna know if the BRTC Perfect Recover Balm would be save for my skin and doesn't cause all those stupid bumps? And is it suitable for those who live in tropical

quality bb cream great for sensitive skin. We are not sure what ingredient is making your skin bumpy with Skin79. Most bb creams comprise of about 30 various ingredients. BRTC uses mostly botanical so it is healthy and safe for the skin.

Hi, why can't your store listed the weight of the products you sell? It is very useful information!
Lisa Lee commented on 15-Jul-2011 09:22 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Carmen I believe you mean 35 ml vs 40ml.-they are all the same. Hi Wye this was sent July 5th via Canada Post Air- you shall have this shortly-most likely within next week.

I break out on the third time I used this bb cream. I'm so sad since I never expected that to happen and I did have a high expectation on this product because of the above review.
Lisa Scott commented on 07-Aug-2011 06:28 AM3 out of 5 stars
I like this BB cream. It's one of the only ones that doesn't break me out, but it's very thick, so it's kind of difficult to rub in. Also, I don't like how it only comes in one color that's too pale for most Asian skin tones. I look like a ghost with it
on. I probably won't purchase again unless there was a darker shade available.

Hi, I have very oily skin proned to acnes. I tried Vital Solution BB cream SPF27/ PA++ and Vital Solution BB cream SPF21. I noticed my face looked dull after time and get very shiny due to my oily skin. What can you recommend for my skin to make it look
less oily and lighter throughout the day as a foundation and moisturizer? Thanks
Liz Hanrahan commented on 23-Aug-2011 05:06 PM5 out of 5 stars
Absolutely love this BB cream! I've tried quite a few (some pretty expensive) and this is by far the best I've used. I have fair skin and this blends nicely, keeps oil under control, and makes my skin soft and smooth. Will never use foundation again!
Lisa commented on 23-Aug-2011 10:30 PM5 out of 5 stars
Mimi, try Gold Caviar for most antiaging properties or Blemish Recover Balm. Yes they will help with acne scars. Jac, you can buy from our shop here. Lena: Blemish Recover Balm for oil control. Liz: Thank you we agree!

Hello, I qm a 28 year old (european, white skin (in Mac products I am an NW20). I have very sensitive dry and flaky skin, mostly on my forehead, around my nose and eyebrows, but I also get some pimples in my T-zone. I would love to lighten pimple scars
(although there aren't too many of then), even out my skin tone and get rid of the dehydration lines that I am getting from the dryness. Which BB cream do you think would be OK for me? Thanks for you help, francie
Lisa Lee commented on 03-Sep-2011 12:13 PM3 out of 5 stars
Hi Vis, we you can combine any BRTC bb cream. Hi Francie, if you dont have oily skin you can use the gold caviar, alternatively you can use the jasmine bb cream. Both will moisturizer, cover, protect and lighten. Thanks

Hi I just ordered my blemish recover balm bb cream today (5/10/11) and would like to know approximately when I would receive it? Sorry it's just that I couldn't find the shipping and delivery details ^^" Also I was wondering if it was the right one for
me, I have oily combo skin with slightly dry cheeks, and normally breakout on my forehead and chin. What concerns me are the large pores on my cheeks, would these get clogged and cause spots?
Baaby commented on 05-Sep-2011 03:06 PM3 out of 5 stars
I was wondering , isn't there a bb creme named "BRTC Perfect Blemish Balm" .. or ?
Jas commented on 06-Sep-2011 11:19 AM5 out of 5 stars
Hi. I want to know if what BB cream is good for my skin. I'm 17 and I'm not sure if I have an oily tzone(cause I'm not the shiny type) or such but I know I have a sensitive skin. My pores are large but not very large, I have blackheads and white heads
but I know why cause I didn't care for my skin before I just usually wash with water and soap, but now I noticed it and I find it annoying and I already bought stuff to minimize it. Sometimes I feel my face is dry but not too dry I'm not actually sure. I'm
not an acne prone person soo I'm not sure which is my skin type. Which Brtc bb cream is best suited for me? I'm about to purchase one but I REALLY can't decide between caviar, jasmine and blemish balm. I hope you could he'llp me I would really appreciate an
answer.thank you

Please recommend what type of BB cream best suited for me. I'm 21 and have a tanned skin. I have an oily/sensitive skin and I break out easily. Please give me your two cents. Thank you!
Lisa commented on 11-Sep-2011 08:17 PM5 out of 5 stars
tami, you should be expecting it in a week. you should apply moisturizer in dry areas. to reduce pores, try the overnight pore tightener but make sure to cleanse well. Baaby, that is discontinued. Blemish Recover Balm is the same but latest model. Jas
- try blemish bundle it includes the blemish recover balm for free.

I have acne & need a cream to use for it. Would this be good for acne? Or do I need to get the whole bundle? Would this stuff get rid of my acne or only help?
Lisa commented on 26-Nov-2011 08:35 PM3 out of 5 stars
Sandra – Blemish Recover Balm + moisturizer EVE – Yes! 2-3wks Hoa - Get Blemish Bundle, yes we deliver and easy to remov Jas – yes it conceals dark circles. Get this one first. Zahidah – we ship to PH 2-3wks Marissa – Jasmine or Gold with good moisturizer
at night Juliana – the bundle is a full regime, since a clean skin will prevent future buildup that leads to acne. This will help but we recommend the full Bundle.
