Hi Sarah, I have personally sufferred from acne for over 15 years and have used unsuccessfully products like Proactiv, Benz. Peroxide, and Accutane. The harsh chemicals of these products have only irritated my skin and gave me bad side effects. The blemish Bundle set was the only product gentle enough for my skin and giving me immediate results. I just wanted to say that these products work wonders!!...I was skeptical at first because I've used many products for my acne but nothing worked for me until this product...When I bought this product Simon (who is the director) is confident enough that he said "if it doesn't work for you in 7 days return everything"...so i figured what do I have to lose but to try!!...and it was the best decision i've made in my life....

Hi Chicha, ideally you should use either the Aqua Rush Cream or Aqua Rush Fluid. You can use either of these moisturizers with the blemish bundle set.

You can use the Bundle daily or as needed. The cleanser you can apply as frequently as a normal cleanser and Toner you use daily. Make sure to spray sufficiently. The serum you can alternate days but if you're skin is bad, you can apply daily until it gets better. The BB Cream should NOT be applied at night. It should be only applied during the day and washed off at night.

What is the coverage like for the blemish recover balm? Ex. light, medium, heavy. Does it do it good job of covering up acne and acne scars? Or is it more like a tinted moisturizer? I'd like to try this but am concerned about whether it will do a good job of covering up. Also, if I do give this a try and am not satisfied with the coverage, can I return it?

Hyun, you can use serum at night and leave on. If acne is so bad, you can try morning as well. You can continue to use the set and ease up on the serum once acne stops. The set will prevent future acne.

Shaz, the serum has moisturize inside it. For extra moisture, you can use Aqua Day Cream for light oil free moisture. For anti-aging, Medistem Collagen cream is suitable.

Harris, you need to wash off the Blemish Cleanser after it lathers. It smells nice but please wash it off. It is a cleanser for troubled skin and makes your skin velvety.

Jenny, the fresher the scars, the faster it will fade. If they are older, it will take some time. Try to use the bundle repeatedly for 2-3 months.

VX, Use the cleanser, toner, then blackhead care then the Bundle serum to leave on at night. You can use it together in conjunction. Make sure you are always properly cleaning your skin.

Linda, Yes please leave the Tonder on all day. Yes your process is correct. Sometimes I use the Toner on my mosquito bits, eczema and rashes. It has light cooling and antiseptic features for irritated skin. (So I find myself spraying it on my body too).

The Blemish Bundle Set is a 4 piece set that includes a cleanser, toner, serum and Blemish recover balm (bb cream). The set lasts approx 2 months.
The cleasner seems very soft and milky and I was suprised to see long the tube lasts. It has a very pleasant smell and it never irritated my skin. After the cleanser I use the toner spray. The toner again smells very pleasing and is very light. I apply the Blemish Serum immediately afterwards. I know this product is made from tea tree oil and many other botanical ingredients. The redness of my acne goes down immediately upon use. During the day, I use the Blemish recover balm when I go out. I use this without makeup since it is a great makeup replacement and cover. The main ingredients here are eucaluptus, tea tree oil, and bisabolol. I love how there is an SPF 28 as well. The blemish recover balm is great for covering old scars, dark skin spots and doenst clog my existing acne. I also feel that is calms any blemishes i currently have. Overall it took me about 1 week so see drasticc results on my skin. Upon first use, the redness and swelling went down. After 5+ uses, I noticed my acne to be less and less visible. My skin feels much softer and healthier.

My situation might be a little different from most people looking for skin care products. I have actually not "tried everything and nothing works!" I'm extremely careful with my research, and when I do find a product that sounds convincing, I decide to go for it. So far, my search has been unsuccessful, but I think I'm going to seriously invest in this product. Proactive and other over the counter products have very basic ingredients and chemicals and rely on benzoyl peroxide. Some customers have seen results right away and didn't have to use it continuously (it depends on the person). However, it is recommended to use BRTC Blemish Bundle as part of your preventative cleansing care continuously.

hi! i'm a little confused as to how i'm supposed to use the cleanser.the instruction on the tube says to only remove it with tissue.however, i read somewhere on this page that the cleanser has to be washed off.to clarify: 1)before going to bed, do i have to wash off the bb cream with soap and water then apply the cleanser,tissue it off then rinse OR .....

Hi Tai, our products do not contain mint or menthol and are suitable for sensitive skin. All of our bb creams have a whitening in them, however you can easily mix with any darker cover or foundation to get the desired look.

Hi Joanne, before going to bed you should wash off bb cream with cleanser. You may need tissue to help remove the bb cream however for general cleansing (without bb cream) you do not need tissue, just simply rinse off and then apply toner, then serum for spot treatment.

i recently purchased the blemish bundle and also the pore tightner. i know that i should apply the blemish serum at night, but can i apply the pore tightner after the serum? or is it better not to put anything on after the serum?

Hi Sooji. You may use the pore tightener after applying the serum however I would recommned waiting for at least 20 minutes apart.

Hi I just tried out the blemish cleanser and indeed it leaves a velvety feeling. However it makes me feel that my face is not squeaky clean as I have really oily face and not used to having my face not squeaky clean. Can I use a facial cleanser followed by the blemish cleanser?

Hi Nampeung, generally you need to use the Vitalizer C10 after cleansing. You can apply this at night and leave it on. If you have the bundle, you can use the cleaner, toner, then c10. If you use the blemish serum at night that can go before c10. The two serums do not have to be used together.

Hi Kelly, the trade off is that if you use a more abrasive cleanser, your skin is prone to be drier. However, if it suits you, you can do what you suggest.

Hi Madoka, the blemish serum is a a serum and the main focus is to calm irritated skin and acne. Yes it has moisturizing features in it, however this is not the focus.
You can add a moisturizer such as Aqua Rush Cream before or after applying the blemish serum. Using a moisturizer will depend on your own skintone and climate. We recommend a moisturizer especially for the winter.

It is my second week using the bundle, and I am very low on the serum due to my clumsy accident, but so far I do see some results. My acne appeared to be calmed around day 4-5. I used to get random medium to large pimples, but haven't had any major eruptions like those since using the bundle. Hi I’m 29, Asian with combination skin. I purchased this product about 5 weeks ago, took about 3 wks for delivery to Australia. I tend to break out during menstruation and due to job stresses my skin suffers. I am however prone to scarring from T zone
break outs, though I would not call it acne. My experience with these items is that there has been an initial purge where the skin breaks out. This took about 3 days to clear. Since then the skin has been doing well with one or two pimples here and there,
though on the whole it seems a bit calmer after two weeks of use. The cleanser has a very strong tea tree presence, and leaves a slightly oily film on my face post washing, but since it hasn’t caused further break outs, I’ve no complaints. The toner has been
good post washing, I have found that it calms the skin. The serum, I found, was too strong for non problem areas, and this caused some peeling of those areas, but otherwise, as spot treatment has been good. For starters, it has not irritated my skin further
which is a good sign The BB cream is quite good with regards to oil control during the day, though takes a while to come back to my skin colour. On application, I look very white, and as it oxidizes during the day it becomes akin to my natural skin colour.
Coverage is quite good and it has replaced the foundation. Have yet to see how well it copes with the Australian summer. Some feedback regarding the product instructions: It would have been great if the product had better instructions in English as the pamphlet
inside the box had about 6 panels of Korean and only 3 for the English. It made me wonder what information I was missing out on. Most of the instructions on product use – such as spot treatment for the serum – use of the products were obtained through reading
